Rich Cross

Rich Cross has, since 1995, written numerous Survivors articles, news stories and episode reviews for the fan press, including Over the Hills, Whitecross Calling, Survivors: The Newsletter and Action TV.

In 2004, he moderated the commentary for "Lights of London Part 2" on the series two DVD release. He maintains the Survivors: Mad Dog and Survivors: A World Away websites.

He is also a regular contributor to the leading British Planet of the Apes fanzine Simian Scrolls. In his role as a political historian, he has also written for Socialist History, Contemporary Politics and the US academic journal Science and Society.

He was awarded his doctorate from the University of Manchester in April 2003, and currently works as an academic librarian.
